Francesca began her technical dance training at the Morphew School of Dance in England at just two years old. Initially focusing on classical ballet, she quickly expanded her repertoire to include tap and modern dance. Over the years, she successfully completed the British Ballet Organisation (BBO) examinations in all three genres, achieving distinctions in her final advanced level assessments.

In pursuit of further development, Francesca earned her Musical Theatre Trinity Diploma from the Bath Academy of Musical Theatre in 2014, where she graduated with an impressive Distinction (92%). From 2014 to 2017, she honed her professional dance skills at Chichester University Conservatoire, studying Commercial, Contemporary, and Jazz dance, while continuing her ballet and tap training. She graduated with a First Class Honours degree in Musical Theatre.

In 2018, Francesca embarked on her professional career as a Cast Member for TUI Family Life in Lanzarote. Upon her return, she secured her first teaching role at two local dance schools in her home county before relocating to Cardiff, Wales, in 2021.

Most recently, Francesca has worked as a freelance dance teacher and choreographer, developing weekly classes primarily in Commercial and Jazz dance. She has organized numerous dance workshops, bachelorette parties, and events in collaboration with local companies. Additionally, Francesca has served as a professional choreographer for comedy stand-up shows, local dance performances, competitions, and bespoke wedding first dances.
