All our music teachers hold high academic credentials and are among the UAE’s most active and sought after performers in solo recital/performance and ensembles.
Our music teachers are recognized experts in their respective fields and most of their students have earned distinctions in the Trinity College examinations. The Young Musician Music Institute is proud of its eminent and dedicated faculty, who create a rigorous professional environment to prepare our students for success not just in the examinations, but also on the performance stages.

Anastasia has done her music education in Moldova’s prestigious Music Schools and attained her Bachelors & Masters in piano performance from the ‘Academy of Music, Theatre and Fine Arts’, Chisinau, Republic of Moldova. She also secured her Bachelors in Dance from the same institution. She then continued to pursue her teaching career in different part of the globe, including the ‘Pridnestrovian State Institute of Arts’, Tiraspol, Moldova. Anastasia had been billed at so many pro level piano concerts. Many of her students secured high distinction in Trinity & ABRSM.
Varduhi started her early music education in Armenia’s prestigious Music School (named after Alexander Spendiaryan), at the Piano Department. She then continued to Study at the State Music College, at the Piano Department and graduated in Piano Specialization, which also qualified her as a Teacher & Chamber Artist. For her masters, she got enrolled into the Komitas State Conservatory of Yerevan at the Department of Piano and after 5 Years of intensive studies, came out with flying colours, holding a ‘Masters in Music with Piano Specialization’.
Alvin Clark Caldoza is a top grade holder in Rock & Pop Guitar from Trinity College, London. He kickstarted his professional career at a tender age of 16, playing & touring with a myriad of bands from the Philippines and other countries and later on, in the Middle East. Alvin is also a very sought after sessions player, who is extensively featured in a lot of singles/albums of well-respected artists around the globe. He is simultaneously successful in nourishing his other passion, an extensive ‘Teaching Career’, both at home and abroad which spans for almost 19 years.
Hannah Joy Abugan graduated as a Bachelor of Music major in Piano Performance from the University of Santo Tomas Conservatory of Music, Manila, Philippines. Hailed as a fine Pianist by many, she is an active participant in the annual concerts of the University of Santo Tomas at the Cultural Center of the Philippines. She has the distinction of being a regular at performing in master classes of world renowned pianists, music festivals of international schools, with ensembles and at choir events. She was also a ‘Featured Artist’ of many prestigious hotels. She had accomplished many splendid solo concerts.
Marzena did her Masters of Art In Violin & Chamber Music from the prestigious Music University of Gdansk, Poland. She had further undergone Master Class Training from professors of the Kiev & Moscow Conservatories. Her extensive & illustrative career began in 1986 with the best Chamber/Philharmonic orchestras & Bands in Poland. Since then, her incredible virtuosity on the violin had taken her across the globe, as a solo performer, orchestra member, teacher & manager to some of the most exotic institutions & arena.
Earl obtained his ‘Bachelor of Music in Music Conducting’ from Asian Institute for Music, Philippines. He was trained by some of the finest professors of the country. He is also a distinction holder of the highest grade in Trinity Rock & Pop Guitar. Earl also shows his remarkable artistry on a wide array of musical instruments. His teaching career started soon after his college days, and now it exceeds about 20 years. Meanwhile he also served as a music director and a band leader. His teaching methodology makes the students’ classes remarkably progressive and fun at the same time.
Agnes attained her Diploma in Creative Performing Musical Arts (major in Piano minor in Voice) from the University of the Philippines. She also holds a Degree in Bachelor Of Science (Commerce major in Accounting). She has a vast & extensive teaching career of 27 years under her belt, in various countries like Philippines, Brunei, Germany etc. Some of her students were on a winning spree at so many talent completions. Her commendable expertise in handling students with special needs like Down Syndrome, ADHD and Autism has been praised by many.
Edmer attained his Bachelor Degree in Guitar Creative & Performing Musical Arts from the University of the Philippines College of Music. Beside his signature Rock Guitar sound, Edmer is also equally adept & displays great mastery over the Classical Guitar. He is a member of the Philippine Guitar Orchestra and toured extensively, including appearance at the World Expo-2010, China. He performed with different rock bands such as Corner Stone, Hanika etc. as their lead guitarist. He did studio recordings of classical music with a guitar trio too. He has over 12 years of experience in his teaching career.
Ryan studied Classical Guitar Performance at the University of Sto. Tomas Conservatory of Music, under Prof. James Peter Namit. He also gained performance diplomas from Trinity College London and obtained Associate of Trinity College London (ATCL) and Licentiate of Trinity College London (LTCL) in Classical Guitar Performance. He received lessons from renowned classical guitarists Prof. Ruben Reyes and Prof. Butch Roxas and participated in many guitar masterclasses conducted by international guitarist including Joseph Henriquez, Thibault Cauvin etc.
Orlando studied Music Education, Major in Piano from FEBIAS, Philippines in 2005. With two decades of experience in teaching different music instruments such as Piano, Guitar, Drums, Keyboard and Voice. He also served as a music director and band leader for more than 20 years in the Philippines. During his teaching career, he was engaged at many places like Hong kong, Singapore and Macau. He always comes up with innovative ideas to incorporate activities and fun games into music lessons, because he strongly believes that music has to be enjoyed by everyone.
